Items purchased through unona-wedding.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery We accept returns for standard sizes from 2 to 12 according to our size chart. Only standard-size and standard-length dresses, ordered without any custom changes or alterations, qualify for a return. Products from the accessories section are non-refundable.
To be eligible for the return, your item must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition. The item must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odours, stains, or any other signs of wear. The item must be in its original packaging (silk pouch/garment bag). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
There is no refund for unclaimed parcels or delivered to a wrong address by buyer's fault. This includes issues related to non-existent addresses, undeliverable shipments, unpaid duties, taxes, or confiscation by customs. Check the delivery address you gave the seller, to make sure it's correct. Refunds exclude all shipping and rush production charges.

No cancellation may be made after the order has been confirmed.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
Unfortunately we don't have a special program for trying on wedding dresses at home because all our dresses are made to order. That is why we can’t offer a multiple orders option, so that you could order several dresses to try on, pick one and return the rest of the dresses to us. However, if you do order several dresses with the intention of leaving one and returning the rest, you must agree with our return policy, according to which you pay $50 for the restocking fee of each dress that you return.
Delivery and guarantee
We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders (there are exceptions for Canada and Australia). Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Is there a difference between standard and custom size?
Custom-size gown is created based on customer measurements. To ensure a better fit, we recommend ordering the Custom Size option. Your dress will be individually tailor-made to fit your body shape. Our easy-to-use online Measurement Guide will help you set up your measurement profile within 10-15 minutes. Our tailors will review each measurement profile and alert you if any adjustments are needed. Please note that our custom sizing options should provide you with a good fit, especially for brides who are in between sizes. However, anticipate needing some local alterations for the perfect fit, whether you are purchasing a Standard size or a Custom size gown.

What if my measurements differ from your size range?
In case you are between sizes, please contact us before ordering and we’ll find an option for you.
How long does it take for my dress to be made?
Generally, it takes us 3-4 weeks. In case you order a custom design it takes 6-11 weeks. If you'd like more information on your dress's timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Can I exchange my dress for another size or style?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item that you wanted in the first place.
