Does UNONA ship internationally?
We provide free worldwide delivery on all orders from $400. If you need express delivery, please email us at unonaworldwide@gmail.com

Sizing
Where can I find your size chart?
Our dresses are available in sizes from US 2 to US 12. Please take into account that bridal sizing isn't like typical street wear sizing. While you might be a size 4-6 in jeans, you're in fact a bridal size 8-10, and if you're a size 14-16, you're likely a 18-20. We also provide a very simple size chart on every product page. You can always contact us for assistance with sizing.
Is there a difference between standard and custom size?
Custom-size gown is created based on customer measurements. To ensure a better fit, we recommend ordering the Custom Size option. Your dress will be individually tailor-made to fit your body shape. Our easy-to-use online Measurement Guide will help you set up your measurement profile within 10-15 minutes. Our tailors will review each measurement profile and alert you if any adjustments are needed. Please note that our custom sizing options should provide you with a good fit, especially for brides who are in between sizes. However, anticipate needing some local alterations for the perfect fit, whether you are purchasing a Standard size or a Custom size gown.

How long will it take to receive my order after dispatch?
Estimated delivery time:
- USA: 7-10 days
- Canada: 8-11 days
- EU: 2-4 days
- non-EU countries: 10-14 days
- Australia: 5-7 days
- New Zealand and Oceania: 10-14 days
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates but unfortunately delays can happen and that's out of our control.
Orders
How do I order an urgent delivery?
If you need your dress urgently, please reach out to us before placing your order to confirm ETA. Once it’s confirmed please follow instructions and add RUSH ORDER FEE and use EXPRESS DELIVERY option. We’ll do our best to get it to you in time.
How many months in advance should I order my dress?
We recommend purchasing a dress approximately 3 months before your wedding. Sometimes we do proceed with extra urgent orders. We also have a wide selection of ready-to-be-shipped dresses in case you need your dress really urgently.
How long does it take for my dress to be made?
Generally, it takes us 3-4 weeks. In case you order a custom design it takes 6-11 weeks. If you'd like more information on your dress's timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Returns

How can I return my item?

Can I exchange my dress for another size or style?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item that you wanted in the first place.

Can I return a customized dress?
If you have an individually made gown which was customized according to your measurements and personalized with your requests, it’s not possible to return the item.
