The processing time starts from the moment of confirmation of the order by our manager via email.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates but unfortunately delays can happen and that's out of our control.

1. Ready-to-ship items: shipping time is from 3 business days.
2. Made-to-order dresses: takes about 3 to 6 weeks (depending on quantity of items included in the order, dress specifics, availability of all customization details). Rush production is available for an additional non-refundable fee. Please take into account that once it’s made it requires some extra time for the delivery.
