The team at Unona did a wonderful job with my custom wedding dress. I even requested using buttons in the back (instead of a drawstring tie) and they were able to accommodate the request. I appreciate that they request so many measurements (and provide detailed instructions about how to measure yourself). The communication via chat was also timely and clear – I reached out to ensure that my dress would arrive on time and they responded within one day. I couldn't have had a better experience ordering my wedding dress online.

They were great with communication, I ordered the U S size and still accurate with sizing . I love my wedding dress. I can't wait to wear it. It needs to be steamed but overall great quality. I'm 5”0 and I will say it is a little heavy and long but I was expecting that . Overall no complaints

The dress was beyond beautiful! The seller messaged me immediately to confirm my measurements and noted that I ordered the wrong size. The zipper doesn't work ( i can fix it for 3 euros) but the dress it's perfect.

Like other reviews, I was reluctant to order a dress online, but this dress fit everything I was looking for in a wedding dress. I decided not to do custom sizing, as I was nervous that it wouldn't fit perfectly, so I went with the closest size to my measurements. The customer service was so responsive, and I was able to get regular updates without a problem. The dress arrived and it's everything I could have hoped for! The craftsmanship is amazing, and the structure of the dress is so flattering. I will have to get it hemmed and also the straps adjusted, but I expected both of these and have no problems getting it altered here at home. The fabric is so stunning, I'm so happy with my dress and can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!

After trying on many dresses in bridal boutiques and always liking only certain parts, I finally dared to ask for everything I wanted—and the dress was made exactly that way. Personally, I also find the craftsmanship significantly better than anything I tried on, even though it cost three times as much. A big recommendation!

Beautiful, looks just as described, and stitched excellently. Fabric is of good quality. The package was mistakenly held in UK customs (where I was ordering the package to), and the seller was quick to provide me with information I needed to resolve the issue :)
